ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare action of respondent authorities in not considering and disposing of their Dharani application Nos.CI230005399 and CI2300053403, dated 18.11.2023, for removing the wrong entry made in Dharani Portal in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/1 and Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/2, situated at Gantlavelli Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents, and perused the material available on record.

It is claimed that petitioner No.1 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/1, situated at Gantlavelli Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same under registered settlement deed bearing document No.17877 of 2018, dated 17.09.2018, executed by his father by name Mr. Gangidi Laxma Reddy. It is claimed that petitioner No.2 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/2, situated at Gantlavelli Village
