ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare action of respondent authorities in not considering and disposing of their Dharani application Nos.CI230005399 and CI2300053403, dated 18.11.2023, for removing the wrong entry made in Dharani Portal in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/1 and Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/2, situated at Gantlavelli Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents, and perused the material available on record.

It is claimed that petitioner No.1 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/1, situated at Gantlavelli Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same under registered settlement deed bearing document No.17877 of 2018, dated 17.09.2018, executed by his father by name Mr. Gangidi Laxma Reddy. It is claimed that petitioner No.2 is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/2, situated at Gantlavelli Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same under registered settlement deed bearing document No.17876 of 2018, dated 17.09.2018, executed by his father by name Mr. Gangidi Laxma Reddy. Since then, the petitioners had been in possession and enjoyment of their respective lands and their names of the petitioners were mutated in the revenue records/Dharani Portal in respect of the same. It is submitted that recently, the petitioners came to know in Dharani Portal, the subject lands were covered by Court stay.

According to the petitioners, no case is pending in respect of the subject lands and in order to remove such wrong entry made in respect of the subject lands, the petitioners submitted Dharani application Nos. Nos.CI230005399 and CI2300053403, dated 18.11.2023, but till date no action has been taken. The grievance of the petitioners is that there is delay on the part of respondents in not disposing of their applications, as such, they are constrained to approach this Court.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the Dharani applications of the petitioners, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.2 and 3 to consider petitioners’ Dharani application Nos.CI230005399 and CI2300053403, dated 18.11.2023, for removing the wrong entry made in Dharani Portal in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/1 and Ac.1-39 guntas in Survey No.168/2, situated at Gantlavelli Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
