ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:
“To declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not initiating action against the illegal construction being made by respondent No.4, in spite of several complaints, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India.”
2. Ms.Suchita, learned Counsel representing Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned Counsel for the petitioner on record and Sri K.Ravi Mahender, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 by referring to the counter would submit that respondents have taken action and have removed illegal construction made by respondent No.4, therefore, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication, and it has become infructuous.
4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if fresh cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
