Heard Sri Moosa Ahmed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Sri T. Sharath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, Sri S. Abhaya Kumar Sagar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical Health and Family Welfare, appearing on behalf of respondent No.4.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents No.1 (MRIDS), 2(KNRUHS) and 3(DCI), for issuing the notice dated 06/8/2025 by not considering the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 25/8/2025, and barring the Petitioner from completing her Rotatory internship program for one year i.e., scheduled from 14/7/2025 to 13/7/2026 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the impugned notice dated 06/8/2025 and consequently direct the Respondents Nos.1 to 3 to permit the Petitioner to continue the schedule of Compulsory Rotatory int
