This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.323 of 2025 before the Makthal Police

Station, Narayanpet District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 75(2) and 78(2) of BNS.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the de facto complainant lodged a report before the Police stating that the petitioner had attempted to outrage her modesty by catching hold of her hand and seeking sexual favour on 26.11.2025 near Karni village. It was stated that similar allegations had earlier been made against the petitioner in Crime No.159 of 2025 and that the present case arose out of the same background and circumstances.
