This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…To issue a proper writ order or orders particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in not conducting the investigation inspite of registering the Crime No.111 of 2018 dated 07.08.2018 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506 r/w 34 of IPC is arbitrary, unjust and in violation of mandatory provisions under the Criminal Procedure Code and in violation of rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and

also in violation of provisions under Standing Orders of the Police and direct the respondents to conduct and conclude the investigation in Crime No.111 of 2018 dated 07.08.2018 pending before

3rd respondent…..”
