This writ petition is filed questioning the action of

respondent Nos.3 to 5 in seizing, sealing and forcibly preventing the petitioner from operating the petitioner’s A4 and A4 (B) liquor business, which was running under the name and style of M/s. Nukala Vidyasagar Reddy Wines located at Door No.1010,

Nandikonda Municipality, Nalgonda District, Telangana State.
