This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, challenging the action of the Respondents in not releasing the admitted amounts for completion of work i.e., R/F C.C R/F Indiramma Colony to Laxminarsimha Temple at Rekurthi of Kothapally Mandal in Karimnagar District, executed by the Petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents to release the pending bills i.e., (1) Token No.2430176691 dated 05.10.2023 for an amount of Rs.1,00,14,462/- (One Crore Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty two rupees) (2) Token No.2458555491 dated 20.03.2024 for an amount of Rs.2,47,08,251/- (Two Crores Forty Seven Lakhs Eight Thousand two hundred and fifty one rupees) & (3) Token No.2523736217 dated 21.01.2025 for an amount of Rs.57,34,863/- (Fifty Seven Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Eight
Hundred and Sixty three rupees) for completion of work i.e., C.C R/F Indiramma Colony to Laxminarsimha Temple at Rekurthi of Kothapally Mandal in Karimnagar District, forthwith to the Petitioner account and pass…”
2. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, appearing for respondents No.1& 2 and learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning, appearing for respondents No.3 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondent No.2 invited tenders for execution of road construction works i.e., “C.C R/F Indiramma Colony to Laxminarsimha Temple at Rekurthi of Kothapally Mandal in Karimnagar District.” Pursuant to the same, petitioner-company participated in the tender process and became the successful bidder. Consequently, respondent No.2 entered into an agreement, dated 29.04.2023 with the petitioner and issued a work order in favour of the petitioner. In compliance with the same, the petitioner executed the contract and completed the work. Being satisfied with the completion of work, the office of respondent No.2 issued Token No.2430176691 dated 05.10.2023 for an amount of Rs.1,00,14,462/- (One Crore Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty two rupees), Token No.2458555491 dated 20.03.2024 for an amount of Rs.2,47,08,251/- (Two Crores Forty Seven Lakhs Eight Thousand two hundred and fifty one rupees) & Token No.2523736217 dated 21.01.2025 for an amount of Rs.57,34,863/- (Fifty Seven Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty three rupees). However, the said amount has not been released to the petitioner till date. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the respondents to release the aforesaid amount within a stipulated period. 5. Learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning sought eight (08) weeks’ time to release the said amount.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the amount to the petitioner-company in pursuance of Token No.2430176691 dated 05.10.2023 for an amount of Rs.1,00,14,462/- (One Crore Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty two rupees), Token No.2458555491 dated 20.03.2024 for an amount of Rs.2,47,08,251/- (Two Crores Forty Seven Lakhs Eight Thousand two hundred and fifty one rupees) & Token No.2523736217 dated 21.01.2025 for an amount of Rs.57,34,863/- (Fifty Seven Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty three rupees), expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
