Heard Mr. M. Rathan Singh, learned counsel for the

petitioner, and Mr. Srinivas Rao Pachwa, learned standing counsel

for the GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is she submitted Land Regularization Scheme (LRS) application vide application No.3000068883 dated 29.02.2016 for regularization of the Plot No.114 admeasuring 324 square meters in Survey Nos.13 and 14

situated at Ammaguda Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District. However, there is inordinate delay on the part of the GHMC authorities in processing her application, as such, she is constrained to approach this Court.

3. Learned standing counsel for the GHMC submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the regularization application of the petitioner, and orders will be passed, in accordance with law.
