This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent

No.1 in not granting permission to the petitioners’ institutions to

increase the intake for MBA course from 120 to 180 seats for the

academic year 2019-2020, as arbitrary and illegal and for

consequential relief.

2. Sri K.Sai Ram, learned counsel representing Sri Tarun

G.Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners on record, Sri

Prabhakar Peri, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and

learned Assistant Government pleader for Higher Education, are

present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in view of the

interim order dated 23.08.2019, passed by this Court, no further

orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the cause

in the writ petition does not survive.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the

petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall

be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
