This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner/Accused seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.1885 of 2025 of Cyber Crimes Police Station, Hyderabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 67, 67A, 67B of Information Technology Act, and

Sections 294, 79 r/w.49 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 8 r/w.7, 12 r/w.11, 14 r/w.13, 17 r/w.16 of POCSO Act.

2. The facts of the case are that Sri R. Vinay Kumar, PC- 30282, who was working at Cyber Crimes P.S, Hyderabad, submitted a complaint to his superior officer on 16.10.2025 at about 20:00 hours stating that he had found videos related to child abuse posted on the YouTube channels Viral Hub and E96TV Entertainment (ViralHub007 @E96TVENTERTAINMENT). The videos contained interviews with m
