This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the

respondents in not concluding the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner arising out of G.O.Rt.No.203, INC(V) Department, dated 30.12.2024 as arbitrary and illegal and not

considering the case of the petitioner for promotion.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for respondents. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal

at the admission stage itself.

3.
