In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is challenging the action of

respondents 2 to 6 in not allowing the petitioner society to transport the de-silted sand from the Kodimuthaiahgumpu Village, Manuguru

Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner has entered into an agreement dt.12.05.2025 with respondent No.7 for de-silting of sand and has undertaken transportation of the de-silted sand to the stock point and since there was only one way, i.e., through the forest, the petitioner has undertaken the transportation through it and he submitted that the Forest authorities were also permitting the transportation by collecting a fee/tax of Rs.100/- per lor
