This writ petition is filed seeking following prayer:-

“to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not closing/continuing the Look Out Circular issued against the Petitioner in connection with CC No.2043 of 2023 arising out of Crime No.913 of 2022 pending on the file of the XIII Addl. Metropolitan Magistrate Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary, without authority of law and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith close/withdraw
