This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court for grant of

pre-arrest bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.87 of 2025 before the Penchikalpet Police Station, Kumarambheem Asifabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(5), 318(4), 336(3) and 340(2) of

BNS.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the de facto complainant submitted a written complaint alleging that one Sadgari Bandaiah s/o Malliah, resident of Chedwal Village, Penchikalpet Mandal,

had purchased land admeasuring Ac.1.30 guntas in Sy.No.66/1 of Chedwal Village and applied for mutation of the said land in his favour. It is alleged that the accused demanded and received an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from the said Bandaiah for sanctioning the mutation and subsequently forwarded a purported mutation order through WhatsApp. However, no Pattadar Pass Book was issued.
