This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in FIR No.431 of 2025, on the file of the Police Station, Pocharam IT Corridor, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the

Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).
