1. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in (a) refusing to give delivery acknowledgment on Delivery Challan No.P25060316 and Tax Invoice No.T25060646, dated 11.06.2025; (b) not allowing the petitioner to install the equipment supplied and (c) not processing the payment for the material supplied under Purchase order vide Rc.No.570/Panning/Niloufer Hospital/2024-

25/458, dated 28.02.2025 as illegal and arbitrary.
