1. The Writ Petition has been filed against a Show Cause Notice dated 27.10.2025 issued by the respondents to the petitioners marking their loan account as Suspected Fraud Account by, inter alia, alleging willful falsification and destruction of records with intent to defraud on the part of the petitioners. The petitioners were given 21 days from the date of

receipt of the Show Cause Notice to make their submissions in writing as to why their account should not be categorized and reported as fraud as per RBI guidelines.

2. The petitioners replied to the impugned Show Cause Notice on 18.11.2025 seeking 15 days time to submit a detailed reply.

3. Admittedly, the petitioners did not submit any further reply to the respondents/Bank after 18.11.2025 despite having requested f
