This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

““To declare the action of the respondent No.3, in

addressing a letter dated. 27-3-2019, to the respondent No.2, to take necessary action basing on the proposal submitted by the respondent No.5, for change of its Educational Institutions name from Chaitanya High School to Sri Chaitanya High School, wherein already respondent authorities issued recognition proceedings in favour of the petitioner way back in the year 2002, and subsequent years for running its Educational Institution in the name of Sri Chaitanya High School, Jagtial, as

illegal and arbitrary.”

2. Ms. Isha Mehra, learned counsel representing Mr. K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner on record and learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education are

present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petiti
