Petitioner claims to be a Company incorporated

under the Companies Act, established for the purpose of manufacture of polymer/synthetic/PVC water storage tanks and other plastic products and for the said purpose, it has obtained electricity connection from Respondents 1 to 3 vide HT SC No. SGR 1015 under HT Cat.I and that they were paying electricity bills regularly. It is stated, as on date, there are no dues pending to Respondents. It is further stated, as the petitioner was not using the entire property for manufacturing purpose, the Board of Directors of Petitioner Company has decided to

lease out a portion of the property in favour of M/s Sristi Industries which is also engaged in manufacturing of plastic items.
