1. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the Award dated 05.02.2025, passed by the 1^st respondent in Appeal No.44 of 2024- 25, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003, Tariff Order issued by TGERC and the General Terms and

Conditions of Supply.
