ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the de facto

complainant requesting expedite disposal of the case, namely, C.C.No.348 of 2019 pending on the file of notice in respect of respondent Nos.2 to 4 is dispensed

with.

2. Heard Mr. Kalyan Kumar Yeluri, learned counsel representing Mr.Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao

Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that C.C.No.348 of 2019 has been coming up for trial since 22.02.2021 and the Trial Court has been adjourning the matter from time to time. Unless this Court directs the Trial Court to complete the trial and dispose of the main case C.C.No.348 of 2019 by fixing a time limit, the petitioner/de facto complainant would be put to great hardship.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that there are several old cases pending before the trial Court and the petitioner is not entitled to seek expedite disposal of the case.

5. In view of the submissions made by both the parties, without expressing any view, the learned to conclude the trial and dispose of the C.C.No.348 of

2019 as expeditiously as possible.

6. It is made clear that the parties are directed to co-operate with the Trial Court without seeking undue adjournments

7. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
