This Criminal Petition is filed praying this Court to enlarge the petitioner

on bail who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.540 of 2025 before the Ameenpur Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 64(1), 351(2), 308 of BNS, Section 3 read with 4 of

POCSO Act, 2012.

2. Heard Sri K. Satish Chakravarthy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public

Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court has already granted bail to the petitioner and therefore, this Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
