ORDER :

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief :

“…to declare the action of the respondents more particularly

respondent No.2 in not granting NOC despite Reports and Recommendations E2/3327/2016 and Lr.B/617/2020 dated 24.8.2020 and B/617/2020 dated 3.3.2021. issued by the Respondent No.3 and 4, with respect to the land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.7.02 Guntas situated in Sy.No.224, Kammeta Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy, Telangana, as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 & 300-A of the Constitution of India and direct the respondents 2 to grant NOC to the Petitioner with respect to the land in to an extent of Ac. 7.02 Guntas in Sy. No. 224,
