O R D E R :

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is

taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more

particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the petitioner for selection to any of the Group-III posts mentioned in Notification No.29/2022 dated 30.12.2022 though he is within the zone of selection under General/ BC-A category with General Rank of 561

with Hall ticket No.2296412029 on the ground that petitioner obtained B.Com Degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University through distance mode during the years 2017-2019 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and in violation of Articles 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India
