This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondent

Nos.3 and 4 in acting upon the representations of the petitioner dated 25.01.2025 and 21.11.2025 and the legal notice dated 04.09.2025 got issued by the petitioner for removing the unauthorized construction made by respondent No.5 in the property bearing H.Nos.16-8-22/2, 16-8-22/3 and 16-8-22/4, admeasuring 317 square yards, situated at Malakpet, Chanchalguda, backside Kaladera, Hyderabad, as illegal

and unconstitutional.

2. Heard Mr. Mirza Azmath Ali Baig, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Raparti Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, and perused the material available on record.
