This Revision Petition arises out of an order dated

03-11-2025 in I.A.No.306 of 2021 in O.S.No.817 of 2006 on the file of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Ibrahimpatnam, condoning the delay of 622 days in filing the petition for restoration of Suit in

O.S.No.817 of 2006.

2. The petitioners before this Court are the defendant

Nos.2 and 3 in a Suit filed for declaration of title and to declare the registered Cancellation Deeds Nos.14942 of 2006 and

14943 of 2006 dated 30.08.2006 as null, void, unenforceable and not binding on the respondent Nos.1 to 3/plaintiffs.

3. By the impugned order, the Trial Court condoned the delay with the finding that the respondent Nos.1 to 3/plaintiffs had demonstrated sufficient cause for condoning the delay as their absence had not been intentional or willful but was due to lack of notice and knowledge regarding the interl
