This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience and

non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in

W.P. No.32764 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025.

2. Heard Mr. Ventrapragada Aravind, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned standing

counsel for the GHMC, appearing for respondents - contemnors.

3. Learned standing counsel for the GHMC furnished written instructions and submitted that pursuant to the order dated 29.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No.32764 of 2025 entire building unauthorizedly constructed by the unofficial respondents in the writ petition has been sealed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that even after sealing of the property, the unofficial respondents in the writ petition are continuing with the construction in the subject property. Learned counsel also furnished copy of photograph
