G.Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for ESIC for

When the matter was taken up for hearing on several occasions, i.e., on 24.10.2025, 13.11.2025, 14.11.2025, 28.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant though the learned Standing Counsel for respondent reported ready for arguments. It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the above

case despite the matter being undergone several adjournments for advancing the arguments on behalf of the appellant.
