This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution

of India seeking the following relief:

“...to issue an order or direction more particularly one

in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not considering the pending application submitted by the petitioner for seeking appointment as Poojari to notified endowment temple i.e., Maruthi Swamy Temple (Anjaneya Swamy Temple) as notified vide registration No. 790 at Manthangode village, Makthal Mandal, Narayanpet

District under Dhupa Dheepa Naivedyarn scheme, though the petitioner is alone entitled to be appointed as Poojari to the said temple under the above scheme, as illegal, unlawful, contrary to law and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to appoint the petitioner as permanent Poojari to the above Endowment temple under the above scheme, and pass...”
