This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of respondents in taking steps for demolition of Flat Nos.301 & 302, 3rd floor of K.S.R.Complex, situated at Plot No.457, Phase VI, K.P.H.B.Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to provisions of Constitution of India and for consequential

relief.”
