Court to transfer CC.No.3133 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Hanumakonda, to the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge cum I Additional

Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Kushaiguda, Medchal Malkajgiri District.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that at the time of filing of MC., the petitioner used to reside in Warangal, and now she has shifted to Hyderabad for treatment of her mother who is a cancer patient and her son who is eight years old is studying in a school situated at Secunderabad.
