This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent

Nos.1 to 3 in not taking any action on the representation dated 23.06.2014, submitted by the petitioner to stop the unauthorized construction being made by respondent No.4 over the house bearing No.1-8-505/E/7/8/9, situated at Extension Prakashnagar, Behind Arqam Masjid, Secunderabad, forming part of Sy.No.194/8/1 of Begumpet Village, Balanagar Mandal, R.R.District, as illegal and

arbitrary.

2. Sri Muddu Vijai, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent

Nos.1 to 3, are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
