2. This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent in issuing Lr.No-612-3/VG-I/2013, Dt-13-06-2014 without considering its reply Dt-28-08-2013 as being

arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and Article 14 and 21 of The Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case…”
