In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order

passed by respondent No.2 dt.30.11.2024 passed under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (for short ‘the Act’), as illegal

and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents

No.1 to 5.

3. It is noticed that the impugned order itself mentions that Appeal lies to the District & Sessions Judge, Peddapalli. However,

without filing the Appeal, the petitioner had approached this Court.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate authority against the said order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the respondents have passed orders cancelling the dealership and a copy of the same is filed along with the counter and therefore,
