This Contempt Case is filed seeking punishment to the

respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for violation and wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 01.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.20538 of 2023 and to pass such

other order or orders.

2. This Court, vide order dated 01.08.2023 in W.P.No.20538 of 2023 had directed respondents No.3 and 4 therein to consider the

representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner was seeking regularization of her services with effect from the date of her initial appointment i.e., 03.05.1991, as was done in the case of a similarly situated employee, i.e., Smt. M. Shantha. It was stated that the services of the said similarly placed employee had been regularized from the date of her initial appo
