This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in STC NI No.7 of 2023, on the file of the X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused, for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881

(for short ‘NI Act’).
