This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:
“To direct the inaction of respondents in considering the petitioner’s representation dated 19.04.2017, seeking lowering the age limit relaxation to take SSC annual examination to be held in March, 2018 as arbitrary and
illegal.”
2. No representation for petitioner. Learned Assistant Government
Pleader for School Education is present.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education would submit that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication, since the subject matter pertains to
permitting the petitioner to appear for SSC Examinations to be held in March, 2018 by lowering the age limit, and it has become infructuous.
4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
