ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the order

dated 23.12.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.217 of 2014 in C.C.No.1 of 2014 by the learned Principal Special Judge for Trial of SPE & ACB cases, Hyderabad, wherein the petitioner filed the discharge petition under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the

same was dismissed by the trial Court.

2. Heard Sri E. Venkata Siddhartha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T. Bala Mohan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for ACB for the respondent. Perused the record.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent while arguing the matter, informed this Court that the charge has already been framed and that the trial in C.C.No.1 of 2014 has commenced, the next step being issuance of summons to the victim.
