Heard Mr. N. Krishna Sumanth, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri Srinivas Velagapudi, learned counsel for the

respondent.

2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.578 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Additional Family Court at Rangareddy District at

L.B.Nagar to the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Nalgonda, to be tried along with O.P.No.109 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner-wife is a resident of Narketpally, and the same is evident from the cause title in F.C.O.P No.578 of 2020. Further, the petitioner is living with her parents and is dependent on them for her maintenance. She filed O.P.No.109 of 2020 seeking restitution of conjugal rights and the said O.P. is currently at the stage of commencement of trial after framing of issues. Learned counsel further submitted that transfer is necessary in order to avoid
