Heard Sri Chinnaiah Bommali, learned counsel for the

petitioner.

2. This revision is filed under Section - 227 of the Constitution

of India, to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge – cum – Family Court, Medchal – Malkajgiri District

at Kushaiguda, for speedy disposal of O.S.No.168 of 2022.

3. Perusal of the record would reveal that 1^st respondent/

plaintiff filed the aforesaid suit against the petitioner and other defendants seeking partition and separate possession of the suit schedule properties. Initially, the suit was filed before the Ranga Reddy District Court where it was numbered as O.S.No.1462 of 2013.

Thereafter, the same was transferred to the Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge – cum – Family Court, Medchal – Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda where it is re-numbered as O.S.No.168 of

2022.

4. The petitioner herein is 95 years old. He is Defendant No.19 in the said suit. Therefore, he is seeking disposal of the aforesaid suit as expeditiously a
