None appears for the appellants. Respondent No.3 is

represented by counsel.

2. Proceeding sheet goes to show that appellants are not representing the matter since 02.09.2025. On 30.10.2025 none appears for the appellants and the matter is adjourned to 13.11.2025 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Again when the matter is listed on 20.11.2025 learned counsel for the appellants failed to appear and the matter is adjourned to 04.12.2025 under

the caption ‘for dismissal’.

3. Even today [04.12.2025] learned counsel for the appellants is absent during morning session and thereafter the matter is called at 02.30 p.m., eventhen there is no representation on behalf of the appellants in spite of granting opportunity. The appellants are not diligent in prosecuting the Appeal.

4. In view of the above, the CMA.No.1077 of 2019 is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
