In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to

the respondents to receive the nomination of the petitioner in view of the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation/application for inclusion of his name in the

Voter List.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the petitioner was issued with Election ID Card with EPIC No.FGW2567188, as a resident of H.No.1-117, Ankapur, Aar T.C.Colony, Armoor, Nizamabad District and without any notice

and without any reason, the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the Voter List and subsequently, the petitioner has made an application on 24.11.2025 i.e., well before the date of election and on the ground that his name was not finding place in the electoral rolls, his nomination has not been received.
