This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents in continuation of the proceedings issued by the respondent No. 3 in Lr. No. Mktg. M2/Paddy/auction/Rabi/2022-23, dated 31- 08-2024, in imposing a penalty of 25 percent and not waiving the said penalty in pursuance of the memo No. 2809/CS.I-CCS/2025, dated 24-11- 2025 and not allotting the paddy under Custom Milling Rice Scheme for Khariff Marketing Season 2025-26, considering the representation dated 12-11-2025, is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice and also
