Personal notice sent to the respondent No.5 as well as the counsel for the respondent No.5 appearing in O.S.No.132 of 2016 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Vishakapatnam was returned un-served with an endorsement that address was left without instructions and also ‘unclaimed’ and a memo was filed to that effect.
