This writ petition is filed to call for the records and to declare

the action of the respondents in not accepting the fee paid by the son of the petitioner and in not giving permission to him to appear for the Supplementary examination for the Xth class in the Mathematics subject to be held on 09-06-2018 and in not issuing the Hall ticket to write the examination as unjust, illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of Natural Justice and against the Fundamental Rights

guaranteed under the Constitution and to pass

2. Sri C.L.N.Gandhi, learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as

learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education present.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as in
