ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the

inaction on the part of the respondents in making the payment of Rs.1,19,77,747.65/- along with interest towards the supply of

gunny bags by the petitioner to the respondent corporation.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies

appearing for the respondents has filed a counter affidavit

disputing the amounts to be paid to the petitioner. It is also alleged that the petitioner has filed W.P.No.17139 of 2021, claiming an amount of Rs.63,03,109/-, whereas in this writ petition, the petitioner is claiming an amount of Rs.1,19,77,747.65/-. It is further submitted that whatever is due to the petitioner has already been paid and even the EMD amount has been adjusted.
