This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in F.I.R. No.1373 of 2025 on the file of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused No.4 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) read with Section 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and

Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, “NDPS Act”)
