With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken

up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of

writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in issuing proceedings in office order No.614 of 2012 vide ref. No.09/HR/EBG/08-09-35/1290 dt.28.08.2012 by removing the petitioner from the service without following the procedure in accordance with law under the guise of arrest in criminal case and not reinstating petitioner into service even after acquittal from the various Criminal Cases by the

competent court of law as well as not considering the petitioner’s representations dt.30.06.2025 and
