In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a declaration

that the inaction of the respondents in refunding the matured deposit amounts made by him in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited i.e., respondents No.3 & 4, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for respondents

No.1 & 2.

3. This Court finds that the lis is between the private parties and there is no action or inaction on the part of the authorities, therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
