ORDER :
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“….pleased to issue a writ order or direction
particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in re-classifying the land in Sy.No.358/5E2/3 admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts, situated at Pregnapur village, Gajwel mandal, Siddipet district as Government land without conducting any enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner or his vendor
before re-classifyng the patta land into Government land and its inclusion in prohibited list of properties, and also declare the action of the respondents in not mutating the name of the petitioner as per the Registered sale deeds dated 19.07.2008 registered as document No.4590 of 2008 and dated 20.07.2006 registered as document No.8341 of 2006 and not issuing Digital Pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner, despite of submission of online application No.2500008497, dated 13.06.2025 requesting for deletion of subject property from the list of prohibited properties and issue of Digital pattadar pass books and title deeds, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to restore the patta in favour of the petitioner, in respect of afore said property by deleting the subject property from the list of Prohibited properties and order for mutation of name of the petitioner in respect of afore said land issue of Digital pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner, and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.No.358/5E2/3, situated at Pregnapur Village, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet District, having purchased the same under two registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.4590 of 2008, dated 19.07.2008; 8341 of 2006, dated 20.07.2006 from Uppari Pentaiah. From the date of purchase, the petitioner is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. The respondent-authorities also mutated the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and also issued pattedar passbook in the name of the petitioner vide Passbook No.035294, Khata No.493.

The subject property is not a government land and it is a private patta land but the revenue officials reclassified the land in Sy.Nos.358 and 358/1 and its sub-divisions as government land without conducting any enquiry, without issuing notice to the petitioner in its effect resulted in divesting the title of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted online application vide Application No.2500008497, dated 13.06.2025 through Bhu Bharati Portal requesting for deletion of the subject property from the list of prohibited properties and also to issue Digital Pattedar Passbooks in the name of the petitioner and even after receiving the said online application, the respondent- authorities are not considering the same. Hence, the present writ petition.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner is under consideration. The respondent- authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
